About Digital Culture Journal

Digital Culture Journal is a student-led magazine from the Digital Culture program at the University of Bergen, in Bergen, Norway. The journal focuses on both creative and academic contribution to the varied field of digital culture, with a strong interest focus on digital art and electronic literature.

We are both a student magazine and an international digital culture magazine, everything in our magazine should be free to access and open for all to engage with.

We welcome all kinds of submissions to our magazine, but reserve the right to not engage with works that are considered harmful or offensive. Our goal is to be a welcoming space for all, but to not shy from embracing challenging and transgressive works.

DCJ will publish approximately 2 issues a year
